TICKETS & EVENTS
FurGroove uses Stager for event ticketing and ticket delivery. Event tickets are subject to our Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct.
Information about refunds, ticket transfers, event cancellations, rescheduling, admission requirements and programme changes can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
WEBSHOP
FurGroove operates its webshop using WooCommerce. Payments may be processed through Mollie and products may be produced and fulfilled by Printful on behalf of FurGroove.
Webshop purchases are subject to our Terms & Conditions, including information about payment, delivery, withdrawal, returns and defective or incorrect products.
Consumers wishing to exercise an applicable right of withdrawal can use our Model Withdrawal Form or contact us directly.
