If you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase made through the FurGroove webshop, you can use the online form below.

You do not have to use this online form. You may also notify us of your decision by email or use the standard model withdrawal form provided further down this page.

Please note: this page is intended for eligible webshop purchases. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to FurGroove event tickets for leisure activities taking place on a specific date or during a specific period.

Complete the form below to notify Vereniging FurGroove that you wish to withdraw from an eligible webshop purchase.

What happens after submitting?

After receiving your withdrawal request, FurGroove will send you the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send products directly to our production or fulfilment partner unless FurGroove has specifically instructed you to do so.

Unless FurGroove states otherwise, the direct costs of returning the product are paid by the consumer.

Submitting this form confirms that we have received your withdrawal request. It does not by itself confirm that a purchase qualifies for the statutory right of withdrawal. We will review the request in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.
